If you could leave people with one message about PAD or the people PAD serves, what would it be?
PAD is an agency dedicated to supporting individuals whom others may have overlooked or written off. We stand alongside each person with compassion, encouragement, and unwavering support, helping them recognize their strengths and potential. Through motivation, guidance, and advocacy, we empower individuals to build confidence, achieve greater independence, and ultimately become equipped to help themselves and create positive change in their own lives.
Every great team needs support. How does your work “assist” the community?
Every great team needs support, and social work is rooted in strengthening individuals, families, and communities. As social workers, everything we do is guided by a commitment to making a difference and bringing compassion, hope, and positivity into the world. We often see beyond what is visible on the surface, recognizing the humanity in every person and understanding that while circumstances and support systems can influence someone's journey, they do not define their worth or potential. We believe that people are constantly growing and evolving. At PAD, we assist the community by providing individuals access to resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
