City of Atlanta Competitive Request for Proposals for Mobile Community Referrals and Diversion
“The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit qualified vendors to continue providing citywide mobile ATL311 civilian response and pre-arrest diversion beginning in July 2024. These services should focus on both meeting immediate resident needs such as housing and food and long-term care such as case management for greater concerns such as legal navigation and job resources. The selected vendor will be awarded an initial two-year contract, with the option to renew for up to two additional two-year terms (for a potential total of six years) with consideration from the City (including ATL311, APD, and E-911) and other relevant partners.
Overall vendor objectives and deliverables will include:
a. Providing mobile and urgent responses to ATL311 quality of life concerns and APD pre-arrest diversion requests;
b. Providing mobile and urgent responses to specified E-911 non-emergency calls.”
